Canon Pixma MG7170 has been equipped with Canon's Intelligent Touch System, which features a touch screen for operation and display panel LCD.Untuk save on production costs, the Canon Pixma MG7170 is equipped with Auto Duplex Printing. Users no longer need to flip the sheets of paper manually but the printer will automatically print on both sides of the paper. PIXMA MG7170 is also equipped with the optional ink XL cartridges that can print two times more than the standard size.

The steps to install the printer on your computer or laptop : 

1. Turn on the computer or laptop. 
2. Connect the printer with komputer/laptop. 
3. Enter / plug the data cable from the printer to the USB hole on the computer / laptop. 
4. Turn on the printer, of course, after the printer is connected to a power source. 
5. If the printer cable is connected, the computer will detect it. 
6. If using the printer driver CD, please insert the printer driver CD.
7. If using a software (driver) from the downloaded, please double-click on the software (the driver), then will appear the option to install the printer. 
8. Click the "Easy Install" to all functions and devices installed into the laptop / computer, or click the "Custom Install" if just want some functions are installed. 
9. After clicking the "Easy Install", then the printer installation will begin. 
10. Just click the "Next" or "Continue" or any similar one stating approval if emerge choices. 
11. Wait for the printer to finish the installation process. 
12. To check whether the printer installation process is successful or not, you can immediately try to print one sheet of paper  or can also directly check the success of the process of installing a printer via the Start button then select (click on) the Control Panel, then select "Printers and Other hardware", then click "Printers and Faxes", it will show the type and the installed printer series.
